Over 30 Years and Counting
Founder, Patrick Trang, started SoldMax Realty based on the American Dream in the 1980s. Shortly after immigrating to this country in 1975, Patrick received his bachelors degree in finance from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. He purchased his first tract of land (~100 acres) near San Antonio with a small down payment and owner financing. With his background in finance, an opportunity in banking presented itself and brought him to Houston in early 1983. It was in Houston that he began his journey into real estate; Patrick got his real estate license to have as a part time job. What started out as a part time gig turned into a thirty something year career. On top of becoming a broker, Patrick began flipping homes in the early 90s. To date, he has flipped over ? homes.
A few years ago, Patrick felt he was nearing retirement and decided to downsize the business to a more modest and efficient office in the Southwest part of Houston with fewer agents. Our main area of service mostly covers the Northwest region of Houston stretching straight south from highway 249 through Houston downtown, the Galleria and River Oaks and the Medical Center to the fast growing area of the far west of Katy and energy corridor to the suburban deep south of the city of Richmond, Sugar Land and Pearland city. We have earned our business with hard work and professionalism. At SoldMax we've been able to expand our clientele base one client at a time with personal attention and referrals.
Our office has listed and sold properties anywhere from $30,000 condominiums to over $1,000,000 luxury single homes.
